The orderer on his part can revoke the contract against the GERT WOHLFARTH GmbH in writing (also per e-mail) or by reshipment of the goods within two weeks after receipt of the goods. Punctual dispatch suffices to comply with the time limit. A certain form of revokation is not necessary. There is no right of revocation in case of delivery of audio and video data mediums or of software as far as the delivered data medium has been unsealed by you. If the revocation is effective your are obliged to return the goods to the GERT WOHLFARTH GmbH, Georgestore, Stresemannstr. 20-22, 47051 Duisburg (Germany). The revocation itself has also to be sent to this address. The goods must be returned in the original packaging together with the delivery receipt and/or sourcing reference, your bank details and a copy of your revocation. The return must be announced (mailings not stamped or announced will possibly not be accepted), postal charges will be compensated. If the value of the returned goods according to the invoice is up to EUR 40.-, the regular costs of the return will be at your expense, unless the delivered goods are not the goods ordered by you. However, the loss in value arisen by your use of the goods is to be compensated by you, unless the loss in value originates exclusively in the inspection of the goods.
