How can I order at Georgestore?

5 steps for secure ordering:

1. Select product and number
On the left side you can select the required category. On the following page the product overview of the selected category appears. Click on an product picture or on "more details" to get more information about the product. Click on a picture to enlarge it. Besides getting more information about the product you also have the possibility to put products into your shopping cart. To do so, enter a number (1 per default) and click on "Into the cart". This allows you to easily put several products from different categories into the shopping cart. At this point, no order will be carried out, the selected products are only assembled.

2. View and change the shopping cart
After each click on "Into the cart" your shopping cart is displayed with all selected products so far. You can also get to the shopping cart anytime by directly clicking on "Shopping cart" in the horizontal navigation bar.
In the shopping cart you can change the number of the products, delete products or get more information again by selecting the product name.
Change number of products: Enter the new number for the respective product into the box "number" and click on "update".
Remove product from shopping cart: Select "Remove" in the appropriate column and click on "update".

3. Ordering
If the desired numbers of all products are in the shopping cart you can start the order transaction by clicking on "Check out".

Already logged in? You will directly be lead to point 4 (sending options).

You already have a Georgestore user account but are not yet logged in? In this case you can log in on the following page at "I am customer already". Your shopping cart will remain unchanged.

You are a new customer? In this case you can click on "Continue" under "I am a new customer" and indicate your contact information for the order or open a free-of-charge user account. Clicking on "Continue" again continues the order process. Your shopping cart will remain unchanged.

4. Shipping options and methods of payment
You can change your shipping address here, e.g. if it differs from the invoicing address. Moreover the shipping costs of your order will be indicated which are calculated on basis of weight or size of the selected products as well as the country you have indicated in the shipping address.

Clicking on "Continue" enables you to select the method of payment. If you order from a foreign country you can choose between prepayment and payment via credit card. Within Germany you can also pay via direct debiting system or invoice.

5. Confirm order and be happy!
Important: Please do not forget to confirm your order. On the page "Confirm order" you get an overview of your complete order. If you find a mistake you have the possibility to change the wrong information by clicking on "Edit". Everything ok? Then you can "Confirm" your order.

On the confirmation page appearing next you can print the order or click on "Continue" to return to the homepage. Of course you will receive a confirmation of your order sent to the e-mail address indicated by you.
